Nicki Minaj Debuts Limited Edition Fragrance on HSN
Nicki Minaj took over HSN on Thursday night to debut her limited edition fragrance Minajesty “Exotic Edition.” The “Pills N Potions” rapper showcased the $79.50 collector’s item, which was exclusively available at HSN.
She described her latest scent as “fun, euphoric, and playful.” “I went through so many bottles, I went through so many scents and so many mixtures,” said Nicki. “What I do with my fragrances, I sleep with them and if I wake up and I am still in the love with the way it smells, then I know that’s the one.”
Her Barbz tuned in and asked questions using the hashtag #NickiAtHSN. One mother called in with her son, who introduced her to Nicki’s fragrances, and she even spoke with some of her Twitter followers.
All 9,000 bottles of the first batch sold out, so she returned for an encore show on Friday. Usher even called in to speak with his “She Came to Give It to You” collaborator and place a “quadruple” order.
“I’m really, really proud of you,” he told Nicki. “I’m proud of this product. It looks like A1. It looks amazing.”
In September, she will debut her next fragrance Onika, which was inspired by her fans.
