Soulja Boy Arrested for Gun Possession

Soulja Boy was arrested in L.A. on Wednesday morning after police found a loaded gun in his possession.

The 23-year-old rapper, born DeAndre Way, was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over in the San Fernando Valley for running a stop sign, reports TMZ.

During the stop, law enforcement officials say they noticed that Soulja was in possession of a loaded gun and arrested him.

He was taken to a nearby jail and is currently being booked.

This is not Soulja Boy’s first run-in with the law. He was previously arrested on drug and weapons charges in October 2011.
