Can't Remember to Forget You

After scoring her 13th No. 1 hit with Eminem’s single “The Monster,” Rihanna has set her sights at the top of the charts once again. The pop superstar teams with fellow Roc Nation signee Shakira on the Colombian bombshell’s new single “Can’t Remember to Forget You.” The femme fatales make for an unforgettable combination as they sing about a lover that they can’t shake.

“But when you look at me, the only memory, is us kissing in the moonlight/ I can’t remember to forget you,” they sing on the upbeat, reggae-tinged record.

In an interview with Glamour, Shakira opened up about collaborating with RiRi. “Working with her was utopia,” she said. “She’s the cutest woman on the planet. And at the end of the day, we’re both basically Caribbean girls. The chemistry was so good. She taught me dance moves. She was a sweet teacher.”

The song is the first single from Shakira’s upcoming album, due March 25. A video, directed by Joseph Kahn, has already been shot and will premiere in the weeks ahead.
