The H: The Lost Album, Volume 1

Five years after announcing their joint album, Rick Ross and Birdman’s collaborations will finally see the light of day. The MMG and Cash Money rappers will release The H: The Lost Album, Volume 1 for free later this month.

The DJ Khaled-hosted project will drop on Thursday, May 23, consisting of their recordings from 2008.

They made the announcement in an online video (via Derick G.).

“We did so much music and we’ve just been sitting on it,” said Ross. “Stunna just hit me like, ‘Man, let’s go and feed the streets with that.'”

Birdman reminisced on their lost sessions. “We were speaking from the heart, trying to come up on the shit we speaking about now.”

Watch them make it official in the PSA below.
