Lupe Fiasco

Has Lupe Fiasco decided on a title for his new album? The controversial rapper tweeted a title before mysteriously deleting it.

In a tweet from earlier this morning, someone with access to his Twitter account announced that Tetsuo & Youth would be the title for his fifth album. Tetsuo refers to the 1989 Japanese cult film Tetsuo: The Iron Man.

“Hello. #LF is happy to announce his album title for 2013. ‘TETSUO & YOUTH’ We Wish You Good Luck @ #TheGrammies Today. Thank You,” read the tweet before it was removed minutes later.

Lupe had previously announced that Food & Liquor II: The Great American Rap Album Pt. 2, the follow-up to his 2012 Grammy-nominated album, would be “summarily canceled for public release in 2013.”
