Juicy J’s “Bandz a Make Her Dance” is not only making money in the strip clubs. The record has been certified gold for over 500,000 copies sold.

“I’m overwhelmed with the success of the single. The fact it’s something I created in a two-bedroom apartment in D.C. is unimaginable,” said the Taylor Gang affiliate. “Thank you to all the Taylors out there for supporting it. I can’t wait for you to hear the rest of the music!”

Juicy is currently in the studio working on his debut album, slated for release this spring on Dr. Luke’s Kemosabe Records/Columbia.

The album will be executive produced by Juicy J, Wiz Khalifa, and Dr. Luke, plus feature high-profile collaborations with Wiz, Chris Brown, Trey Songz, Young Jeezy, and Big Sean.

Juicy recently wrapped “The 2050 Tour” with his fellow Taylors including Wiz, Chevy Woods, LoLa Monroe, Tuki Carter, and Berner.
