Mike WiLL Made-It had radio (and strip clubs) on lock this year with Juicy J’s “Bandz a Make Her Dance” and Future’s “Turn On the Lights.” Now the producer behind records for Rihanna, Brandy, and Big Sean, releases Est. in 1989 Pt. 2.5, the third installment in his ongoing mixtape series.
The 25 tracks include nine exclusive cuts from Kelly Rowland, Trinidad James, 2 Chainz, Young Jeezy, Juicy J, and Gucci Mane, plus other previously released records from Rihanna (“Pour It Up”), B.o.B, T.I., and Chief Keef.
