Rihanna Opens the 2012 MTV VMAs

Rihanna kicked off the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards with a red-hot performance. The Bajan beauty performed her new single “Cockiness (Love It)” with special guest A$AP Rocky (who grabbed her ass and gave her a kiss) and had the Staples Center on their feet with her Calvin Harris-assisted hit “We Found Love.”

Lady Gaga praised RiRi’s performance. “what a lovely performance by @Rihanna! I feel like I’m sixteen again watching the VMAS, and then i remember i get to do this too,” tweeted Gaga.
