Lady Gaga and Kendrick Lamar

Kendrick Lamar and Lady Gaga fans will have to wait a little longer to hear their highly-anticipated collaboration.

The song, entitled “Partynauseous,” was originally scheduled to premiere on September 6. But Gaga took to Twitter on Thursday to announce its delay.

“Im REALLY sorry to the fans,” tweeted the pop superstar. “record w Kendrick won’t be out on the 6TH i’m SO SORRY its not my album, i don’t control dates. but stay tuned!”

The Compton MC described the track as “dark poetry,” adding, “but that peak of light that shines thru is hope and desperation. That’s me. That’s this song.”

It is set to appear on Kendrick’s upcoming debut good kid m.A.A.d city, due October 2.
