Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins introduced the world to his protégée Natasha in 2006 with her debut single “Hey Hey Hey.” Signed to Darkchild Entertainment/Jive Records, the singer-model followed it up with the Clipse-assisted “So Sick” and “Sidekick,” but before she could release her debut album, she was dropped in 2010. Now the New Jersey native is back with a new sound. She traveled to her hometown to shoot the viral video for “Riddle Me This.”

“The song is a lot of attitude, it’s definitely grimy and sassy,” explained the 23-year-old. “The message of the song is really just about empowering yourself and really knowing your worth and not really settling for less.”
