On Set of Rick Ross and Usher's 'Touch'N You' Video
Rick Ross may be running the streets, but he hasn’t forgotten about the ladies. The Miami rapper teamed up with Usher while shooting the video for “Touch’N You,” the first single off his upcoming album God Forgives, I Don’t. The Chris Robinson-directed clip was filmed in Atlanta earlier this month. MTV News was on set as Rozay set the mood with some wine and played chess with his girl by the fireplace.
“It’s a real sexy record,” said the Bawse. “I wanted to make sure the ladies knew they could be a part of this movement. I would never let the ladies down, even if it’s a real hard album or however it may be titled. Shout-out to the homie Chris Robinson, he directing the video, Usher, and a few sexy chicks. It’s basically a situation where life gets so hectic sometimes you just wanna get away with that special female and that’s what this is based on.”
Usher added his smooth touch. “It is a conceptual video depicting the world that Rozay is in,” explained the ladies’ man. “My participation is just to show up and be cool. For the most part, it is somewhat of a performance swag, cool video. It’s more chill than anything, just like our personalities.”
Rozay is also shooting a video for Usher’s new single “Lemme See” with director Philip Andelman (Beyoncé, Jay-Z).
