Azealia Banks plans to infiltrate your summer with new music. In addition to her EP, the Harlem rapper has announced the release date for her mixtape Fantastic.
The outspoken MC will set off fireworks when the free project arrives on the Fourth of July, led by the single “Jumanji.” “Looks like the release date for the ‘FANTASTIC’ mix tape is JULY 4th !! YAY,” she tweeted.
Earlier this week, she revealed that her EP 1991 will be released digitally on May 29 and physically on June 12 featuring “212,” “Van Vogue,” and “Liquorice,” for which she recently reshot a video in the desert with director Rankin.
Before the year is over, she will drop her Interscope Records debut Broke With Expensive Taste and kick off a festival tour beginning with Hot 97’s Summer Jam on June 3. See dates below via Pitchfork.
