50 Cent Announces 'Lost Tape' Release Date, First Single to Drop Today

50 Cent fans won’t have to wait too much longer for new music. The G-Unit mogul will release The Lost Tape, his first Gangsta Grillz mixtape hosted by DJ Drama, on May 15.

“The LOST TAPE is coming out on the 15th. Nothing but heat watch how it shake things up,” tweeted 50 of the follow-up to his 2011 mixtape The Big 10.

The first release from the project, entitled “Remain Calm,” will premiere tonight at 8 p.m. EST on DJ Drama’s Shade 45 show on SiriusXM.

50 is gearing up for the release of his long-delayed fifth album, due July 2 on Interscope Records.
