Nicki Minaj Shoots 'Beez in the Trap' Video with 2 Chainz

2 Chainz had the Internet buzzing when he revealed that he had recorded with Nicki Minaj, which was later confirmed when the Young Money superstar released her tracklisting. Now they’re taking their collaboration a step further by shooting a video.

Nicki spent her weekend in Miami filming the Benny Boom-directed visuals for “Beez in the Trap” with the rapper formerly known as Tity Boi. The song will appear on her sophomore album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, which also features appearances from Nas, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Rick Ross, and Drake.

Just last week, she was in Hawaii shooting the sexy video for her top 10 single “Starships” with director Anthony Mandler. She caused a scene when she hit the beach in a hot pink bikini and neon green hair.

In addition to Nicki, 2 Chainz has collaborated with Chris Brown and Lil Wayne for their upcoming albums. His Def Jam debut, which has been renamed Based on a T.R.U. Story, is due this summer.
