Rihanna Sets Date for 'Cheers' Video Premiere

Say “Cheers”! Rihanna has announced a date for the premiere of her latest music video.

The visuals for the pop star’s celebratory single “Cheers (Drink to That)” will debut on Wednesday, August 24, via iTunes. She broke the news on Twitter, informing one fan, “WEDNESDAY!!!!! Premiere on Itunes.”

The video was partially shot during her concert at Kensington Oval in Barbados earlier this month and is expected to feature footage of her homecoming and live performance clips.

“Cheers” is the sixth single off Rihanna’s fifth album LOUD. The Runners-produced song is currently No. 25 on the Billboard Hot 100.
