The Billboard Music Awards are going to be a few shades of pink and green. Nicki Minaj and Cee Lo Green have been tapped to perform at the revived ceremony, airing live from Las Vegas on May 22 on ABC.
The “Super Bass” rapper is nominated for four awards this year including Top New Artist, Top Rap Artist, Top Rap Album, and Top R&B Song for Trey Songz’ “Bottoms Up.” Although not a nominee, the “F**k You” singer will take the stage at the MGM Grand to perform one of his Lady Killer cuts.
Additional performers include Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, Black Eyed Peas, and Pitbull. Comedian Ken Jeong will host the event, which marks its return for the first time in five years.
