Kanye West

Fresh off the heels of releasing the remix to his hit “POWER,” Kanye West is ready to share some more new music from his G.O.O.D. Music family. The Chi-town native took to his Twitter account to announce that he’s planning on giving back to the fans by throwing G.O.O.D. Fridays, where he will release a newly-minted song at the end of every work week up until Christmas.

“I know yall need the music so I’m dropping 1 new song every weekend until Xmas. It may be my song it may be a new Jay song etc…,” he tweeted. “I’m calling it good Fridays. Yall know every Friday yall gone have a new joint from our family. We look at the game completely different now.”

He also wrote that G.O.O.D. Fridays are all about his fans, and that they’re the reason he released his Beyoncé and Charlie Wilson-assisted song “See Me Now” for free. “It’s about the fans. No more holding back. That’s why I dropped see me now… It wasn’t about me it was about the Summer the BBQs etc…,” he explained.

Kanye is currently in Prague, Czech Republic, working on the accompanying film for his upcoming fifth album Dark Twisted Fantasy. The LP is tentatively scheduled for a November 16 release.
