Alicia Keys stepped out in a pair of dangerously chic Christian Louboutin heels and a puffy, flowery dress at her Keep a Child Alive Black Ball in London on Thursday (May 27). Her fiancé Swizz Beatz walked the carpet at the black-tie affair, along with Mr. Red Bottom himself.
The focus was on the fundraiser, but inquisitive minds wondered if Alicia is hiding a baby bump underneath her designer frock. She has been showing signs of pregnancy at her recent U.K. shows.
UPDATE: Reps for the couple have confirmed that they are expecting a baby.
