Beyoncé

The showdown between the New Orleans Saints and Indianapolis Colts won’t be the only reason to be glued to your television on Super Bowl Sunday. Beyoncé will star in a new commercial during the big game.

The Grammy winner will make her debut as spokesperson for VIZIO, appearing in the LCD HDTV company’s Super Bowl spot airing during CBS’ in-game coverage of Super Bowl XLIV on February 7.

VIZIO’s 60-second spot will be televised in the fourth quarter of the game. The ad was produced by Venables Bell & Partners of San Francisco and directed by three-time Oscar nominee for cinematography Wally Pfister, who is best known for his work on The Dark Knight and Batman Begins.

Before the Super Bowl, Beyoncé will perform at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards and appear on “60 Minutes” starting this Sunday at 7 p.m. ET/PT. Watch a teaser below.
