Rap-Up celebrated its third anniversary and the release of Rap-Up: The Ultimate Guide to Hip-Hop and R&B with a funky, fresh, and fly party on April 17th at the adidas Originals store in SoHo, New York City presented by adidas, Pepsi, VTech, Lasonic, and Hennessy.

Keri Hilson hosted and Teyana Taylor performed an energetic medley of songs including her hit single “Google Me.” DJ Ni** Sky (aka Nicole of Nina Sky) with DJ Stealth worked the ones and twos. Attendees included Lil Jon, Tiffany Evans, DJ Clue, The D.E.Y., O’Neal McKnight, Kwame, Wynter Gordon, D.O.E., Avery Storm, DJ Cassidy, and more.

Guests rocked adidas and sipped on Pepsi products as well as Hennessy mixed with apple juice in honor of Keri Hilson’s song “Happy Juice.” VIPs went home with $500 gift bags including i931 iPod ghetto blasters from Lasonic and i5871 cordless phones courtesy of VTech.

A big thank you to our sponsors—adidas, VTech, Pepsi, Lasonic, and Hennessy—for making this special moment in Rap-Up’s history possible.
